A small bakery that grew up without losing its shape.
Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery started as one little storefront in Historic Downtown Glendale — a place to slow down with a cup of coffee and something still warm from the oven. Word traveled, and today the ovens run in Glendale, Mesa, and at Blue Corn Express, with an Avondale location on the way. Through every new address, it's stayed independently owned and family operated, because that's the whole point.
